    A professional master barber/stylist for over 20 years, Maxine Josie specializes in precision cutting using hair as her canvas, bringing a distinctive aesthetic and fresh approach to bring out each client’s unique beauty.  Maxine thinks  that great hair is the key to feeling beautiful. Truly passionate about her chosen career, Maxine is always on top of the trends. It’s her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft and to ultimately share all that she learns. For over four years Maxine traveled extensively, working as an educator for Prive Products training many salons throughout the U.S. “I love hair and feel incredibly blessed that I’ve found a career that resonates with me so perfectly. As a stylist I believe in honesty, patience, creativity and hard work all functioning together to produce a beautiful end result for my clients.”

    Jennifer has been in this profession for over 15 years.  Jennifer is passionate in color application and the integrity of her client’s hair.  Her clientele's hair is of the utmost importance to her. Jennifer is a great listener and communicator allowing her to provide natural, beautiful work making the services she provides manageable at home for her client.  Her #1 goal is to provide a great color and cut to prolong the look of her service until your next appointment.

Molly places great importance on listening to her clients needs during the consultation which paves the way to creating the perfect hairstyle. Over the last 12 years as a hairstylist, she has worked with a wide range of textures, lengths, and colors of hair. That experience, paired with a commitment and passion to educate herself on the latest trends, ensures a great experience with Molly.

    Neri is our Salon Manager. She's always there to greet you when you come in. She has a genuine happy and warm disposition and she will always make you feel at home the moment you walk through our doors. She's not only knowledgeable about our hair services and products but she is exceptional at guiding our guests through their scheduling process so that they receive exactly what they need for an exceptional experience at MJ Hair Studio.
